What is this service?
Modeo’s Video Service broadcasts streaming video programming over the Modeo Network to customers using special Modeo devices that have been optimized to receive this one-way video service. Modeo is offering this initial Modeo video service, a one-way Modeo video receiver and magnetic mount antenna (the “Modeo device”) at no cost to the customer and all we ask in exchange is contact information and a signature from an adult.
Who should use and operate this device?
This device is not for children age three or younger. Do not allow a child to use this device without adult supervision. Keep antenna and mount out of reach of children.
What does Modeo require as input from this initial service offering?
Customers are asked to provide feedback on their user experience with the service via email address to customerservice@modeovideo.com and/or through a website address www.modeovideo.com. However, providing feedback on the service is not a requirement to receive and use the device or the content.

What is the purpose of the initial service offering? Do I need to return the device?

Modeo’s video broadcasting service provides streaming video programming via a one-way portable video device. The device is yours to keep and does not need to be returned to Modeo.
How is this service operating on the Modeo network?
This service is operating on the dedicated Modeo network optimized for one-way video transmission to Modeo Devices.
What technology/application will the Modeo Service use?
The technology used is DVB-H (“Digital Video Broadcasting – Handheld”), which is designed for providing video broadcast services to portable devices.
Can this device be used as a cell phone?
The device can not be used as a cell phone. Modeo is only offering video broadcast service at this time.
Can I access the Internet or other apps from the Modeo Device?
The Modeo Device is designed to receive one-way dedicated stream of broadcast video programming from the Modeo network. There is no ability to access the Internet or use other apps.

Who do I call if I am experiencing a problem using my device? How do I return/exchange a device that is not working?

What channels do you offer? Is there a channel guide?
Modeo provides up to five channels of video programming. The Channel Guide is available on both the device and the marketing brochure.
Will more content be coming our way?
Modeo may update content from time to time.
How do I use the antenna and magnetic mount? When should it be used? Will the service always broadcast video content?
If you are unable to view the video within our coverage area, connecting the external antenna may improve signal and video quality depending on the location of the device. Modeo reserves the right to discontinue service at any time.
What is the price per device? What is the cost of the service?
This service offering is part of an initial customer evaluation program. There is no cost to the customer for the device or the service.
Are there any usage restrictions? Where can I purchase additional devices? If more customers want to participate, what do they need to do to be included?
